Cartoon Connection Canada

Cartoon Connection Canada, 10-13 December 2012, Quebec City

CARTOON CONNECTION, the meeting between European and Canadian animation professionals will take place again in Quebec City from 10 to 13 December 2012.

This year we will extend participation to video game and Latin American production companies.

In 2011, the previous Cartoon Connection event in Quebec gathered 175 participants (see last year’s list of participants here).

Why?
The goal of CARTOON CONNECTION is to allow you to expand your professional network and to start/amplify some cooperation with the attending companies.

The meeting will be divided into 2 parts:

  • 2 half-days of information sessions focused on transmedia
  • 3 half-days of one-to-one meetings (15 minutes for each meeting) between all attending participants. Meetings will be scheduled by CARTOON.

Where?
The meeting will take place in the 5-star “Hilton Hotel” in Quebec.

When?

  • Monday 10 Dec: Welcome dinner
  • All day Tuesday 11 & Wednesday 12 and morning of Thursday 13 Dec: keynotes and one-to-one meetings
  • Thursday 13 Dec afternoon: sightseeings

How much?

  • 500 EUR (including all meals, coffee breaks, and sightseeing)
  • You will need to cover your hotel accommodation and plane fare
