The Cartoon Forum is the European co-production forum for animated TV series.
Don’t miss the 23rd edition where more than 700 producers, broadcasters and investors from 35 countries will gather to negotiate financing and new projects from 11 to 14 Sept in the beautiful “pink” city of Toulouse.
